What will you help our scholars become?
Sage Collegiate seeks dedicated, focused educators who are ready to take on the challenge of founding a new public charter school. We seek individuals who are ready to make a difference for children in a high-needs community and who are committed to developing their own learning and who are receptive to coaching and feedback to best support our students.

We also seek to provide staff with opportunities at work/life balance and learning opportunities for growth. We have early dismissal on Fridays to provide two hours of intentional professional development. At least one Friday PD is dedicated to Personal Professional Alignment (PPA) and allows for staff to use that time as needed to be their best selves.


We offer generous PTO and, as a public school in Nevada, provide two options for PERS participation.

For non-Instructional Roles: Performance Tasks with reflection and feedback session

 

Reference Check.


Final Interview.
